Annie spent 4 1/2 years with Oakley are 99 pound male Airedale Terrier. Oakley passed away in August at about 10 1/2 years old, and since then we’ve been a one dog family. But, as many of you already know we did breed Annie and she had nine puppies on January 2 of this year.
I think I’m going to need a larger bed for Teddy. Teddy is 9 weeks old and weighs just over 21Lbs.
The bed is the one that was in Teddy’s kennel when he arrived just about two weeks ago. Two days after Teddy arrived we took him to the veterinarian for a general health exam. At the veterinarian’s office Teddy Wade in at 15.8 pounds. Continue reading “Large Airedale Puppy 9 Weeks Old”
This video shows the arrival of our new large Airedale Terrier puppy, Teddy! Our new large Airedale Terrier puppy arrived on Alaska airlines all the way from the St. Louis airport.
I do want to say, that if you’re planning on getting a puppy or just shipping your dog by air, always check to see that you can get a nonstop flight. When I was checking I found that the airlines use the terminology direct flight which can be mistaken for nonstop. But, all the direct flights that I checked always had a stop and I didn’t want to put my new little Airedale through any unnecessary travel annoyances. Continue reading “Large Airedale Puppy”
